Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure safety and hygiene.

Step 1 – Contact Us

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

  • Order number

  • Clear images/videos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Step 2 – Review & Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details. If approved, we will guide you through the exchange or replacement process.

Step 3 – Pickup / Replacement

  • Approved items may be collected by our delivery partner or

  • A replacement will be dispatched after inspection and approval

  • Courier charges may apply unless the issue is due to our error

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice must be provided

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Products purchased under special offers, promotions, or discounts are non-returnable

  • We do not offer cash refunds

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Items may be exchanged for an alternative product of equal or higher value

  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid

  • If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will not be refunded

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • The exchange will be processed free of charge

  • All items will be inspected upon return to confirm they are unused and unopened

If the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria, the exchange request may be rejected and the item returned to you.

Customer Responsibility

  • Products remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us

  • Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during return transit

Important Notes

  • Ayurvedic products are sensitive and hygiene-critical; therefore, we strictly follow safety guidelines

  • Divyaur Herbal reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet policy conditions

  • Final decisions regarding returns and exchanges rest with Divyaur Herbal
